Project summary

Even though the client had become uninspired from having looked at the same design for some time, with the client still receiving rave reviews about their website design radical changes needed to be well justified.

Having also dominated targeted keyphrases for a number of years it was time to get creative, to stimulate new interest in their business and introduction of improved tools for engaging with the end user.

Our approach

So as not to rock the boat too much at these challenging economic times, we focused our attention on improving the content dynamics using subtle yet very effective presentational techniques.

With the latest incarnation of their website we’ve improved the presentation of the home page the client now has greater control and more opportunities for making changes and with greater frequency.

The  introduction of movement through a testimonial ticker, promotional banners and a property carousel has improved visual stimulation and created a new shop window for their business.

The result

In building the site using OmCore’s tailored Estate Agency package we’ve simplified the process for the client to promote properties which can be easily published on their website. 

Presentation of property details, price related search feature, Google map listings and Streetview are a few of the automated system features managed and centralised in our Estate Agents Property module.

Even though we’ve retained excellent search engine listings for a number of years for targeted keyphrases, we’ve introduced a few tweaks to OmCore’s automated dynamic search engine optimisation features.

Customer registrations are stored in a central database, so as soon as properties published live on the website and your ready to notify clients with branded emails published at the push of a button.

The client has begun utilising the time saved, by working with our promotional modules to further market their website through the continued publishing of regular news articles and customer testimonials..
