A very professional website was required for this design lead business, with full content management system capabilities and Login security to showcase a gallery of designs to prospective clients.
The client, with rapid growth plans for for managing business sales and marketing activities online required a system to help deliver their extensive objectives for managing their business online.
Our approach
Employing our managed services we were able to manage the client's budgets and expectations closely to deliver a number of micro project activities in small bite size chunks adopting a Launch and Learn approach.
Prioritising the business objectives we were able to get the first phase of the site live in 3 weeks from the initial customer meeting and 5 days from receiving the approved designs. We have since built a number of custom features to aid the development of their remote sales force.
Working with the default CMS features we were able to quickly build the website structure and page layout, configured with ease management in mind and without compromising user goals. Our process of development enabled us to train Rooms Service in managing their online activity ready for handover on launch.
The result
Coupled with Rooms Service’s forward thinking approach to business, combined with the design skills of Hodge Creative, this project was extremely refreshing and a truly creative collaboration.
Behind this innocent single-tier brochure site but, behind a Login, there is an Extranet with a wealth of feature rich content which operates as a powerful sales tool to cater for the needs of their remote sales force.
Rooms Service’s agile business model, fitting comfortably with ours, makes this an extremely exciting project to work on and OmCore being the obvious choice due to its system’s extensible nature.
