Competition among estate and letting agents in the Brighton and Sussex area is extremely high and so OmCore and Mishon Mackay have worked closely over a number of years, with the ongoing development of their website, to lever Mishon Mackay’s strong high street position.
Using OmCore's Estate Agency package, which includes the content management system with additional modules and add ons, Mishon Mackay are empowered to manage all of their website sales and marketing activities. Online registration data captured through the website is then fed back to Domus property management software used by Mishon Mackay to maintain their in-house property and applicant data across multiple branches. Automated data feeds update the website automatically on an hourly basis, with no manual intervention required.
The website is constantly evolving in response to the monitoring and evaluation of online competitor activity. Particular attention has been given by the OmCore design team to utilise dynamic production techniques to improve the ease with which their audience can quickly find property information.
With Mishon Mackay actively working in house & flat sales, lettings, and also their Land & New Homes department, OmCore’s property search feature ensures traffic is directed correctly on the website with enquiries filtered to the relevant departments.
