Project summary
The main driver for the client with this project was to create a strong online visual identity that would last for a number of years. Having had a static website for the last 8 years with negligible search engine rankings, the site’s content required a complete overhaul for this business to start competing online in Brighton’s competitive estate agency market.
Having had extensive experience in building high profile Estate Agents websites we were able to offer great advise on the best approach, through hands on experience. Recognising short and long term requirements of an estate agents website and being sensitive to time and budget restraints faced by small businesses, we've given GK Whites Estate Agents new solid foundations to cater for growth in their future online activities.
We focused our attention on designing a vibrant website interface with the flexibility to cater for the regular publication of fresh new content. By introducing a second tier navigation and a company blog the business is able to extend their online communications. Using the site more as a business communication tool rather than just a brochure website has added benefits of drastically improving the natural search engine listings.
Although their properties are still currently being published via Vebra, with the rest of the site now powered by OmCore’s powerful modular Add ons the customer has complete control over their website sales and marketing activities. Through built in website statistics we can continue to work with the client developing content and monitoring results to justify any future expenditure.
