Project summary
Our relationship with Jeremy's Restaurant is quite different now to when we started first started working with them. After initially being a little webophobic, over the years the restaurant has taken greater control over their web activity and have even been quoted on how much they now enjoy using OmCore’s core CMS features and a number of module add ons to manage all of their online sales and marketing activity.
With the restaurant situated in the remote location of Borde Hill in Sussex, they need to regularly keep their site up to date with menu changes, news articles and special events to maximise their brand exposure. Due to their active publication of new and relevant content, their website has witnessed year on year growth, producing excellent search engine rankings resulting in high volumes of traffic to their website.
The client previously had an extremely frustrating process with a number of complicated hoops to jump through to publish their monthly email newsletter. Not anymore, as they are now able to communicate with their entire customer database by sending targeted emails with three clicks of the mouse driving traffic back to the website where we can effectively measure the success of their email campaigns.
The restaurant uses promotional vouchers to incentivise their audience to register to their online membership club, with all personal data accessible through a secure login feature. With the time and cost saving benefits of using OmCore we are able to develop more advanced customer incentivised promotions, we look forward to rolling out some exciting promotional opportunities planned for the near future.
The website is now really working extremely well for us, generating an increasing number of bookings and enquiries on a daily basis as well as providing an information platform for new customers looking for fine dining in Sussex.
