Project summary

Having adopted a website from a previous management team with different business objectives, the content had become disjointed and cumbersome to manage.

With the company having undergone a number of wider branding and marketing activities, it was necessary to clear the decks and start from a blank piece of paper.

We were required to throw the whole site up in the air and start by restructuring the content based on clear business objectives and marketing deliverables.

Our approach

We spent an extensive amount of time analysing the online competition to establish the clients’ desired depth and tone required for communicating with their intended audience.

Working with OmCore’s default functionality and website interface we focused our attention on creating a wireframe of content with solid foundations for continued developments. Having established the site and page structure and audited all required content, this enabled us to brief the designer with a very clear direction of the customers’ website expectations.

The design approval stage can be difficult when designed by comity with unknown entities feeding back into the process, but if managed effectively you can get all the desired changes agreed prior to production.

In our approach this offers board members periodic review and feedback points at every stage of developing the Content, Design and Production enabling us to deliver projects on time and to budget.

The result

Integrity Construction Software have great ambitions for their website and future plans for their increased online sales and marketing activity.

Hands on training was therefore imperative throughout each phase of development empowering the marketing department to have complete control over their publication requirements.

Having establish a new flexible online identity we’ve started adapting the design to create a number promotional templates to support wider web based marketing activities.
