The power's of classes at the click of a mouse

Good web design is all about CSS, classes, divs - confused? Don't worry, we've added the power of class-based web design to OmCore.

09th January 2011 published by Kevin Collins

Old websites used to hack and crunch code into awkward and inflexible configurations to get the page to look the way it should. Those days are over. Now elegant code uses classes and CSS to apply the look and feel to stripped down HTML with a light touch.

But you don't need to understand the new technologies to use the benefits of the new techniques. Our CMS interface introduces the option of choosing a preset 'class' for any type of content you create. All you do is choose the one you want for the dropdown list.

The content will display in exactly the way our designers intended - and that can be completely different from the rest of the page, perhaps even in a different place. It's great for anyone who need to regularly update the content of promotional flashes, contact boxes or calls to action on their site and won't spoil the presentation of your site.
